Tom Stubbs has been style obssesed from a young age and consequently became a menswear stylist. Later a style writer too. Having completed a womenswear BA Hons fashion design degree at Middlesex University his 1992 graduation collection featured in The Face magazine.

Stubbs gravitated towards men’s styling and began working on pivotal Nineties publication Loaded! during its fledgling years.  As Fashion Editor he worked in a multidude of exciting situations with extraordinary people. Experiementing with refined, formal tailoring and ways to subvert it this mix became a foundation of his style ethos.

In the 2000’s  Stubbs became The Sunday Times Style’s first menswear columinst with his weekly ‘Talking Trousers’ page. Later in the following decade he undertook an eight year tenure at The FT How To Spend It as its 'The Sharpener' men’s style & luxury columnist.

For over two decades Stubbs has worked on style and art direction for campagins, fashion imagery and ideas with menswear brands, while also developing his presenting and hosting skills for broadcast and events. He nutures numerous long-term celebrity client liasons from cinema, TV and music and presides over style profiles of various media men, while guiding his discerning private clients.

Stubbs currenty contributes to The Telegraph magazine and The Robb Report. Other editorial roles have included Contributing Fashion Editor to British GQ, and Editor at Large for The Rakemagazine.
